2. Log into the Homeowner Portal (community specific site) to download your clubhouse rental form.
3. Read over all details contained on the clubhouse rental form. Make sure you understand the specifics (rental terms and responsibilities).
4. Complete your clubhouse rental form and mail to the office with required funds. Dates are not secured unless the minimum deposit is received. All funds are due by one week before the event. If all funds are not received in advance of the event, the event is subject to cancellation.
