Dena McDonald, Qualifying Broker and Founder of Elan Management, is on a mission to educate communities and provide the tools to successfully handle the "business" of community associations.
Active in the real estate industry for over sixteen years, she founded Elan Management in 2008 after many years as the HOA and Acquisitions Manager for a top national home-builder and developer. During that period, she honed vital community management skills- her daily responsibilities included managing property management companies. Dena carefully selects Elan's portfolio to promote thriving relationships between our board members, community advocates, and clients/vendors.
A native of Atlanta, Dena is a graduate of Georgetown University's prestigious School of Foreign Service and a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker and CAM. She is frequently a featured speaker about town for events related to community association management and governance.
